Pardon the minor hiatus. I've been caught up in things both related and unrelated to this project, and logging these entries has proved to be an (occasional) chore. With that being said, the phenomena documented in my previous entry has since accelerated. The cloud structure, akin to a cumulonimbus with the uncharacteristic wispiness of a cirrus, has remained stationary, not being scattered by the wind or responsive to ongoing weather patterns. Through rain and clear skies, the structure has remained undisturbed. Stranger yet is the fact that all radio activity in recent days appears to be reflecting off of the cloud.

Cloud coverage interfering with radio transmission isn't uncommon. In stellar structures, clouds surrounding stars can even emit radio signals. But those clouds are strictly bound to galaxies that border our own, not Earth's atmosphere .

Everything about this is completely unexplained and defies scientific understanding. Its thrilling.
